Terms & Conditions, Release of Liability, Non Disclosure Agreements:
Pacific Beach Pet Care LLC and its entirety is hereinafter known as “the Company.” By entering the website, you agree to the terms of service. The owner assumes full financial responsibility when booking and/or reserving any services "The Company," offers. The dog owner is obligated to read the terms & conditions prior to entering the website. The dog owner is obligated to read the terms & conditions again prior to booking, reserving, or paying for any of these services. By booking or reserving any service the dog owner is asked if they have read the Terms again, and is also asked if the fully agree to the terms. If the dog owner / dog handler does not agree to the terms by clicking "Yes," they can exit the website anytime.
TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF DOGGIE DAYCARE & OVERNIGHT BOARDING SERVICE(S)
The owner of the dog(s) may have the animal withdrawn from any service including: doggie daycare, & overnight boarding; However, once you have booked a service & paid in full, all payments & fees are non-refundable.
TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF BOARD & TRAIN PROGRAM
Once you have agreed to the terms and reserved the Board & Train Program paying the $500 non-refundable deposit, no cancellation requests will be accepted as all payments & fees are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule the Board & Train program approximate start date to a later date, you may do so only by calling, speaking directly with your assigned dog trainer to coordinate an available date.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
As stated on "The Company" website multiple times, It is the responsibility of the dog owner/customer to have proof of all required up-to-date vaccinations prior to booking and paying for any services listed. It is the responsibility of the person who requests a service by appointment only to follow all guidelines including but not limited to: Having all requirements confirmed by a staff member prior to booking; However, once you have booked a reservation and paid in full all payments & fees are non-refundable. Vaccinations are important for the safety of every dog, dog trainer, clients, as well as potential clients. To conclude our "terms of service" for vaccination requirements, If you book without having all the required vaccinations, as well as confirmation from one of the company's staff members prior to your dog's requested stay, you the client will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. All services are by appointment only. The dog and it's human who is requesting an appointment will not be eligible for any services until vaccination are confirmed and your requested appointment is confirmed as well. This is for the safety of the company and its' entirety. Please speak to your DVM (Veterinarian) if you need assistance. At this time we only accept proof of up-to-date required vaccinations from a DVM (Veterinarian) who are located anywhere in the United States. If you have a dog or puppy that received vaccinations from another country, you must make an appointment with an eligible DVM in the United States and obtain the following: 1)Proof of health 2)Proof of transferred vaccination records 3)Proof of All Required up-to-date vaccinations in order to be eligible to request a booking and appointment. Fail to do these requirements will make you ineligible.
LIABILITY
By using the company's services, the legal owner/agent any dog/canine booked for any service, having carefully read and fully understand this agreement, do hereby waive and release Shirine Deyhimy, Vincent P, the Company and it's entirety from any and all liability of any nature. This includes any injury, death, sickness or damage the pet may suffer during or after any training or service program booked. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and it's entirety from any and all claims due to damage the pet may cause to any family members of any third parties during or after any services booked and in process. In the event either party deems it necessary to employ legal counsel to protect its rights under this agreement, the prevailing party agrees to pay all expenses including, but not limited to costs as well as all fees including but not limited to attorney fees. This service agreement represents the full and only agreement between the parties. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement cannot be modified or changed in any way unless agreed to, and signed by by both parties; In person and in writing. This excludes email, text message, imessage, social media outlets, and any other outlet that is not in person, face to face. By booking and paying for any/all of "the Company's" services, you have read, fully understand and agree to all contract terms and release Shirine Deyhimy, Vincent Palo, and the company's entirety of any liability.
Pacific Beach Pet Care LLC and its entirety hereinafter known as “the Company” cannot make any guarantee regarding the outcome of any canine in regards to any training/counseling program. The owner assumes full responsibility for the dog’s behavior during and after the training/counseling program.
REVIEWS
By entering this website if you have used or have not used any service listed on "the company's" website, you fully agree to not slander or write any content, or reviews that violates any "Terms of Service" as well as "Non Disclosure Agreements" about the company's and its' entirety.
By violating this agreement you agree to pay the company and it's entirety including Shirine Deyhimy up to $100.00 U.S. Dollars for every 24 hours the content or review is posted. By using our services, and/or visiting our social media pages or company website you fully agree not to contact the Better Business Bureau in regards to the company and it's entirety for any reason whatsoever, doing so violates the Terms and conditions being that the BBB is a third party non-governmental agency.
By using our services, and/or visiting our website you fully agree not to disclose any information to any other company or person(s) whatsoever in regards to the company and it's entirety for any reason as by doing so, violates the company's Terms and conditions. Violating these terms will result in a fine which you agree to pay in full within 5 business days of the violation. The violator will be sent a cease and desist letter as a formality. If the violator does not respond to the cease and desist letter legal action will be taken after the 5th business day the violation occurred.
By using our services, and/or visiting our website you fully agree not to contact the Better Business Bureau in regards to the company and it's entirety for any reason whatsoever, doing so violates the Terms and conditions being that the BBB is a third party non-governmental agency.
AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR
The Company has fully explained that since the outcome of any training/counseling program cannot be guaranteed and the aggressive behavior on the part of the client's dog(s) is or may become a risk to people and/or dogs, the owner/agent of the dog(s) decision to enroll in any training program or service is done solely and completely at my discretion with me taking 100% responsibility for any damage my dog(s) might cause to anybody during or after the training program or service offered. The Company does not promise to solve or curtail any dog’s aggressive behavior. By entering this website and booking any service you further agree to take all possible safety measures recommended by your trainer, including but not limited to muzzling and leashing your dog(s) when around dogs and/or other people.
