Yes. All services are offered by appointment only. Bookings must be submitted and confirmed in advance through our website or approved communication channels.

Yes. All dogs must meet current vaccination requirements prior to service confirmation. Vaccination records must be submitted, reviewed, and approved before booking is finalized. Combined or abbreviated vaccine records (such as DHPP or DAPP) are acceptable for review.

Vaccination records may be submitted by the client or directly by the veterinary provider. Records should be emailed to: support@pacificbeachpetcare.com() Clients will be notified once vaccination verification is complete.

Booking requests may be submitted, but services are not confirmed until vaccination requirements are reviewed and approved. Bookings that do not meet vaccination requirements may be declined.

All bookings are final once confirmed and paid. Pacific Beach Pet Care operates under a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, credits, and transfers are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show. Because bookings are final and non-refundable, no-shows result in forfeiture of the booking and payment. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

Payments are processed at the time of booking confirmation through secure third-party payment providers. Pacific Beach Pet Care does not store payment card information.

No. Due to limited availability and advance scheduling, bookings cannot be rescheduled or transferred once confirmed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy and eligible for services at the time of booking. Changes in pet health or client circumstances do not alter the final sale policy.

In rare cases where service delivery is not possible due to unforeseen operational circumstances, Pacific Beach Pet Care reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with its Terms of Service.
