All bookings are final once confirmed and paid. Pacific Beach Pet Care operates under a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, credits, and transfers are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed. Please review the Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details before booking.

What happens if I do not show up for my appointment?

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show. Because bookings are final and non-refundable, no-shows result in forfeiture of the booking and payment. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed at the time of booking confirmation through secure third-party payment providers. Pacific Beach Pet Care does not store payment card information.

Can services be rescheduled or transferred?

Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy and eligible for services at the time of booking. Changes in pet health or client circumstances do not alter the final sale policy.
