Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a booking request, or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and all related policies referenced herein.
Acceptance of these terms is required prior to service confirmation.
Services
Pacific Beach Pet Care provides appointment-based pet care services, which may include dog daycare, overnight boarding, dog walking, and training services.
All services are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and prior confirmation. Services are reserved specifically for each client and pet and are not transferable.
Booking and Payment
All services require advance booking confirmation and payment through the website or an approved payment method.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment is received and eligibility requirements, including vaccination verification, are approved.
Final Sale Policy
All bookings are final once confirmed and paid.
Pacific Beach Pet Care operates under a strict final sale policy. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, credits, and transfers are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed, regardless of notice provided or client circumstances.
Vaccination and Health Requirements
All dogs must meet vaccination and health requirements prior to service confirmation.
Vaccination records must be submitted, reviewed, and approved before any service is scheduled. Combined or abbreviated vaccination records (e.g., DHPP, DAPP) may be reviewed for compliance.
Pacific Beach Pet Care reserves the right to deny or cancel services if vaccination or health requirements are not met.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show.
Because all bookings are final and non-refundable, no-shows result in forfeiture of the booking and payment. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, vaccination status, and care needs.
Pacific Beach Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet exhibits unsafe behavior, illness, or conditions that pose a risk to staff, other animals, or property.
Service Interruptions & Operation Discretion
Pacific Beach Pet Care reserves the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services due to operational limitations, safety concerns, weather conditions, pet behavior, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Service interruptions do not entitle clients to refunds, credits, rescheduling, or transfers.
Limitation of Liability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, vaccination status, and care needs.
