Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pacific Beach Pet Care provides appointment-based services. To ensure availability and maintain scheduling integrity, the following cancellation and refund policies apply to all bookings.

Reservation Confirmation

All reservations require advance booking confirmation and payment. Appointments are reserved specifically for each client and pet.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

All bookings are final once confirmed and paid.

Pacific Beach Pet Care operates under a strict cancellation policy.

 

Because services are reserved in advance and scheduling capacity is limited, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.

 

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Clients are encouraged to review service details, availability, and eligibility requirements carefully prior to submitting payment.

Exceptions are not made for changes in personal schedules, travel delays, or client availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show.

Because all bookings are final and non-refundable, no-shows result in forfeiture of the booking and payment.

Repeated no-shows may impact future booking eligibility.

Refund Policy

Payments are processed at the time of booking confirmation.

All bookings are final once confirmed and paid.

 

Refunds, credits, transfers, and rescheduling are not permitted, regardless of notice provided, service type, or client circumstances.

Service Interruptions

In the event that Pacific Beach Pet Care is unable to deliver a scheduled service due to unforeseen operational circumstances, the company reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include service cancellation without refund.

Pacific Beach Pet Care is not responsible for interruptions caused by client circumstances, pet behavior, health issues, weather conditions, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

Policy Agreement

By booking services through this website, clients acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and all related service agreements. Acceptance of these terms is required prior to service confirmation.

Pacific Beach Pet Care is not responsible for interruptions caused by client circumstances, pet behavior, health issues, weather conditions, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

This policy applies to all services unless otherwise stated in writing by Pacific Beach Pet Care.
