Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all clients and dogs in our care, vaccination verification is required prior to booking and payment.
All required vaccinations must be administered, current, and reviewed by Pacific Beach Pet Care before any service is confirmed.
Booking and Eligibility
• Bookings submitted without verified vaccination records may be declined
• If a booking is made before vaccination requirements are confirmed, the reservation may be ineligible for service
• All bookings must be confirmed in advance prior to drop off
Payments and Refunds
Because availability is reserved in advance, bookings that cannot be honored due to missing or incomplete vaccination records are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Clients are encouraged to confirm vaccination approval prior to submitting payment.
How to Submit Vaccination Records
Vaccination documentation may be submitted by the client or directly by the veterinary provider.

About Vaccination Records
Clients are encouraged to send records even if the vaccine names appear abbreviated or combined.
Vaccination records may vary in format depending on the veterinary provider.
Some Vaccinations are commonly documented under combined vaccine names such as DHPP, DAPP, DA2PP or similar formulations. If you are unsure whether your dog's records meet the listed requirements, please submit the records for review.
Our team will review all submitted documentation and confirm whether additional information is needed.
