Prior to booking, vaccinations are required and need to be emailed to: Support@PacificBeachPetCare.com Please bring your dog’s food (either each meal portioned out in sandwich bags or the dog food container with written feeding times and instructions. At the dog owners request, overnight dog boarding includes daily walk/run to the beach, or around the neighborhood - As well as… Outside playtime during the day with the doggie daycare crew (solo playtime if requested.) Snack time, nap time, Sniff, Scratch, Poop, & Repeat! Drop offs / Pick ups are Monday-Friday anytime between 7AM-7PM, Saturday-Sunday anytime between 10AM-5PM by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please have your return flight planned accordingly and respectfully. Traveling can be stressful with unplanned delays which we completely understand. Be advised the last day of pick up is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised we have a strict cancellation policy for all services we provide. No refunds will be distributed after you have booked and paid for a service. Rules, Terms and Agreement are subject to change at any time with or without notice. As our terms and agreement page states, once you have booked a service, you have agreed to the terms fully.
